"Friendly staff put me at ease. In and out very..."

About: Hull Royal Infirmary

What I liked

I went in for a surgical appointment and was taken from the waiting room straight away and talked to a really friendly nurse about my procedure. I met the dental surgeon who was really proffesional but funny aswell which put me at ease.

What could be improved

Not much probably just an update to the waiting area as it was a little dated.
