What I liked

I left feedback from the first time I visited and it was not good, I was left without a date for my operation because of my blood pressure and I was not told to visit my GP about it. I was not happy at that time because I had no date but I think this was due to an error in communication and this is now resolved. I have been given a date and everyone has been wonderful, the care of the staff is second to none and i was so well looked after while having my assessment that I was relaxed and happy to be there. I know people who have been treated here and have heard no complaints at all and I am looking forward to my Knee replacement operation. I cannot praise the staff enough for there care while I was there.
