What could be improved

Receptionist did not log us in , Consultant had an arrogant attitude sidelining us in favour of anouther patient , when we arrived had to rebook to be seen, their off hand disinterested sour attitude ,made us feel like geriatric care is a burden to them,why ?

This member of staff has set my dad back years.Who does this consultant think they are ,they do not seem happy in their job ,what hippocratic oath, totally out of the window .very very disappointed and let down by this department.

Anything else?

Bring in fresh enthusiatic competent NHS committed doctor .
