What I liked

I have had four operations in the last 12 months and each time I was treated with absolutely professionalism and courtesy by all the surgeons and nursing staff. I felt honoured to meet such wonderful people.

What could be improved

Administration leaves rather a lot to be desired.

Food not particularly good.

Anything else?

All the surgeons who operated on me for breast surgery, gall bladder and plastic surgery were superb. The plastic surgeon is continuing to give me outstanding support.

Thank you for your feedback. It was good to read that during all 4 operations you were treated with the care and professionalism we would expect from all our staff.

I will pass on your comments re: the food to our Catering Manager.
