Staff are rude or indifferent. Long waiting times, impossible to get an appointments, appointments chaned without notice. Impossible to find managers or anyone who takes ownership pd patient relations, no point in complaining as attitude is "leave it or limp it" Medical treament by doctors/nurses not a problem but attitude to patients is truely awful. There has been great improvments in most London hospitals in the last few years but this hospital has actually got worse. Why on earth does no one take charge and improve things and take some ownership?
