What I liked

I was admitted through A&E on the 9.7.12 after an accident that caused a deep gash in my leg.

The care and professionalism I experienced was outstanding.

This continued on to the Observation Ward, which I had to stay in overnight. Again the care, compassion and professionalism was superb. The doctor who came to see me on the morning of the 10.7.12 was very caring, again very professional. He discharged me to be seen again at the A&E Clinic this morning, and I was treated with respect and care.

The same doctor saw me in the A&E Clinic, examined my leg and assured me that my recovery would be progressive within two weeks. This man was very professional, gentle and caring.

Please thank him and all the staff for look after me.
