"Left much to be desired"

About: North Tyneside General Hospital

What I liked

I visited NTGH Pregnancy Assessment Unit for my 20 week scan.At first I was happy with the service but the finish of the visit left a lot to desire.I was not given a chance to ask any questions ( considering it is my first baby I found it very disappointing) and therefore my husband and I did not get a chance to find out our baby's sex.my husband was quite upset about it.what's more the comment of the sonographer, after HCA asked us if we know the sex, was 'I couldn't see what it was anyway'.Shame it left a little of bad experience ,especially that I am booked to have my baby here.

What could be improved

More respect and more sensitive attitude to pregnant women and their partners.
