What I liked

I was looked after really well from the moment I arrived after a bad fall strapped to a board on a trolley from the ambulance. I saw a doctor quickly & had my spine xrayed quickly. All the staff were friendly, and explained what they were going to do.

Luckily nothing was broken, and I was given strong painkillers & head injury booklets to take home. My overall experience was excellent. Thank you all.

What could be improved

A drink of water - or better tea :) - would have been nice.
