What I liked
My visit was for a colonoscopy procedure, I cannot speak highly enough of the staff from the minute I arrived till the minute I left. Staff were very helpful, extremely pleasant and considerate at all times putting my very worried mind at ease. I even had a follow up call the next morning which I was very impressed with. May I congratulate the department and all concerned who dealt with myself. What a great advertisement for the NHS.
