What I liked

My daughter aged 10 had fallen down a stairs at school. We arrived at 3.40 we were seen soon after , my daughter was given pain relief and by 4 15 the wrist had been x rayed. We left at 5 10 with a temporary cast . The nurse who expained the wrist was fractured and put on the cast, had a friendly, reassuring and competent manner. She took time to put my daughter at ease and explained what had happened and what she was going to do next. The speed which we were seen and X rayed was outstanding as was the care we received from the Nursing staff.
