"Efficient treatment but waiting area could be..."

What I liked

The nurse was unfortunately all on her own, but she dealt with us as efficient as possible.

What could be improved

The Childrens area was definately not looked after well. Books were very old and broken/dirty with pages falling out or missing. Hardly anything to play with. There was not enough to keep my 4 year old entertained for two and a half hours.

Also it was very hot. There were no suitable drinks left in the vending machines. All I wanted was a bottle of water to share with my child and all I could get was sugery coke which is not very suitable for young children.

Anything else?

We had to wait a very long time, but realised that the nurse was all on her own. She was a little stressed as it was so busy which was a shame for her. She was as efficient as she could be.
