What I liked
All staff were freindly, considerate, courteous and very professional throughout my visit.
What could be improved
i was not aware that any aspect of my visit could have been improved in any way,
Anything else?
Because of the friendliness and professionalism of all the nirsing staff and the surgeon, my anxieties about the operation were unfounded and I was made to feel at ease throughout.
