What I liked

Nothing!

What could be improved

Everything! Organisation, staff attitude, Dr attitude, seating, where the clinic was being held so that the waiting area and the consulting rooms were closer together and not in the middle of the main corridor and the transportation collection point for the Hospital transport dept.

Less of "this is how its always been done" and more of "we are willing to change it" attitude.

Anything else?

The anticoagulation Clinic was a zoo. There was or seemed to be no organisation with no idea of the number of people who were going to turn up for a clinic especially on a Monday so that it was so over crowded waits of up to 2-3 hours were not uncommon. There was nowhere to sit and you would quite often miss your place and all for a two minute finger prick test.

You then got sent home and had to wait for your card. If you wanted to call the so called "helpline" you could never get through. Disgrace.
