"my hysterectomy: the service could not be bettered"

I had never had surgery of any kind before this operation and I was very nervous.

The staff were all very kind and thoughtful. My stay was made as pleasant as possible. Nothing was too much trouble.

The ward was also clean and tidy, a major concern for me as my father had MRSA a few years ago.

I cannot understand the need to go private as the service I received could not be bettered.
