What I liked
Midwives are lovely, although rushed
What could be improved
Antenatal services area shambles - long waiting times, no one on the booking line has a clue what's going on, confirming appointments has been very difficult as each area has a different system.
I have had 3 separate, different sets of instructions on how to book my space in the birthing unit.
The reception staff in the antenatal cline are very unfriendly, and have gossiped about patients in full hearing of the waiting room on every occasion I have been there
Lack of process is evident in the student midwives i've had, who don't explain who they are, what they're doing or why, and their supervisors do nothing to rectify this.
Anything else?
I understand the post-natal care her is excellent; it's a shame the antenatal care does not match this.
"Poorly organised"
