What I liked

I went into this A&E never having been here before and staff from reception to the nurses were extremely polite, well mannered, helpful and caring. I thought this was one of the most civilised, ordered and clean A&E departments I have seen in a while!

Staff were very attentive and helpful. They do a brilliant job in general all the more reason why our NHS should never be sold off and kept as a Health Service for our country.

I was seen quickly, triage can always take a few hours due to the nature of patients and their illnesses but it didn't seem to long and worked efficiently.

Excellent work and congratulations to the medical and administrative staff.

What could be improved

Well budgets permitting more staff, more equipment for waiting times to reduce but that may be a nice to have!
