What I liked
The nurses were very good at what they did and were pleasant to talk with.
The doctors explained everything clearly and were very comforting and professional aswell as providing excellent answers to questionsregarding the surgery.
The operation was swift.
Waiting times were not too bad.
Nurses listened to requests regarding pain relief.
The soups offered in the meals were lovely
What could be improved
Pain medication should have been delivered to those who requested it rathr than having to wait for the entire ward to be done, when I required it and others did not yet I still had to wait.
A cannula with which I was fitted became sore and bent but was not removed and exchanged for a fresh un-bent one when requested until it was confirmed no more fluids would be needed leading to unnecessary discomfort throughout the night.
Could acheive very little sleep due to a veryloud snorer sharing the room. (People who snore lodly and/or have sleep apnea could be grouped together/be given seperate rooms perhaps?)
"Excellent hospital with very good quality of care...."
