"Brilliant - a hardworking, dedicated and caring..."

What I liked

From arriving at Accident and Emergency, to the Surgical Team and to all the staff on Kingfisher Ward we couldn't fault the hard work and commitment during the care of our mother following an emergency operation she had during March of this year.

She has now been signed off following her six weekly follow-up appointment and the consultant is pleased with her progress. We have sent a personal thank-you letter to the Hospital directly but just wanted to make the NHS Trust aware of the hard working and dedicated team that they have at St Peters Hospital - I don't think people realise just how hard the staff work and under such a pressurised environment.

If our mother hadn't received the care that she had, we could have been looking at a totally different outcome. A big thank-you goes out to all concerned.
