What I liked

I took my mother to a planned CT scan appointment on 4 July.

On arrival at the Radiology reception desk she was told that it had been noticed that she was due to have a mammogram in the near future( a yearly post cancer follow up )and that to avoid her returning for that at a later date arrangements had been made for this to be carried out during the time she was there for the scheduled CT scan appointment.

I would like to commend the person who was able to arrange this for their forward thinking and thoughtfulness on this occasion which was very much appreciated by both of us.

Overall both matters were dealt with in just over one hour within the same department, an excellent service.

I wish to express my gratitude to all those concerned on the day.
