What I liked

I was admitted to the Day Care Centre for Eye surgery and as soon as I arrived at reception I was given a warm welcome by reception. All staff were very happy and were very coordinated, knowing what they were doing and treated me with 100% respect. The way they dealt with my case was very pleasing to me and I was happy I was being asked thorough questions regarding my health which was very reassuring too.

If only all hospitals and departments were like this!

As soon as I woke up I felt sick but the nurse quickly came to help me and my treatment for the recovery after the surgery was very pleasing.

What could be improved

No issues or room for improvement

5* QEQM Day Care/Surgery.

Anything else?

Thank you to my consultant and the rest of their staff whether they be from the Operating System or from the Actual Day Care Ward itself!
