What I liked

The consultant took time and explained things too me

What could be improved

My appointment was at 1 30 pm I arrived 10 minutes early but reception did not open until 1 30 and then it was like a free fo all approx 8 people had 130appointments I was checked in at 1 40 but did not see anyone until 25 minutes later when a nurse tested my eyes and put in eye drops. I then waited a further hour before I saw the consultant. The waiting area was crowded and there was insuffient seating.People were queing along tbe corridor
