What I liked

What could be improved
The nursing "care" was far below what I consider an acceptable standard.
The nurses seemed to be technically competent but there was precious little care and compassion.
Not enough qualified staff too many auxillaries.
The food is unspeakably bad and my wife had to bring in soup and sandwiches to tempt my jaded palette.
As on previous occasions it took far too long to be discharged.
Anything else?
Orthopaedic out- patient clinic is a zoo.
