What I liked

All the staff I encountered were polite, efficient and very pleasant. They went out of their way to be helpful and I was made to feel at ease.

What could be improved

I become very anxious just visiting someone in hospital. I have an intense fear of hospitals, especially of invasive procedures. I came in to Preston Royal as a Day Care patient on 3rd July. The nurse I dealt with was very pleasant indeed and couldn't have been more helpful. Before my operation/procedure, a very nice doctor came to see and talked to me about my phobia. I can't fault my experience in any way. A credit to the NHS. I hope the staff who treated me so well get to see this feedback, as they are very much appreciated.
