What I liked

I arrived about half hour early for my appointment, expecting a long wait as a result but to my surprise I was actually seen early and out of the hospital before my official appointment time, which was quite incredible. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the lady that did my examination was very nice and made me feel quite at ease and explained everything very clearly. Top marks to Mayday/ Croydon University Hospital. I could not have wished for better treatment.

I was also impressed to see how many members of staff at the hospital were helping people with directions to various departments, that was most impressive. When you may be feeling a little anxious about the reason for your visit, there is nothing worse that a feeling of disorientation because you can't find your way but the staff seemed to bend over backwards to ensure that anyone looking a little lost were helped.

What could be improved

There is nothing that I feel could be improved upon, all was totally acceptable.
