What I liked

I was so impressed on visiting the ortho outpatient department (clinic 1) and felt compelled to write on this website being acutely aware of how often people like to only complain and rarely praise when services are good.

Having worked in the NHS for 20 years I was so pleased with how efficent the service was. I arrived a little early but was immediately directed to X-Ray and was seen fairly quickly. As soon as I got back to clinic I barely sat down before being called through.

The nurse was so kind in clinic and was knowledgeable and put my mind at rest. the Dr was great and explained fully what was happening and what I needed to have doen. But the best was yet to come. I can have my operation next week!!!! How fab is that so within 8 days I've had my outpatients appt, Pre op on Monday, op wednesday - I dont think it would be any quicker if I was paying to go private. I am so very grateful and very pleased to be dealt with so well. Thank you.
