What I liked
A very friendly and professional atmosphere throughout all levels of staff.
A very busy first clinic but seen within an hour, subsequent visits had a delay of 15 to 20 mins.
What could be improved
Allow about an hour in the phlebotomy dept.
Clocks could show correct time ( 6 wks into BST).
