What I liked

This was one of a series f trips to Aintree and I've found the hospital to be always top notch. Despite some brutal numbers coming in to some departments the staff remain friendly, courteous, efficient and welcoming. Perhaps more importantly, the quality of clinical care is excellent.

What could be improved

Better queuing systems in Bloods Clinic B

Anything else?

My thanks to all the frontline staff - great job.
