What I liked

Great staff.

What could be improved

Poor admin. Arrived for an Operation as advised by my consultant. Then told I wasn't on the list and the surgeon wasn't there and I would have to come back another day. I advised that I wasn't happy and eventually a surgeon was found who did the op on the day.

Was then told I'd get an appointment for a 6 week follow up. That wasn't done so I had to ring up and arrange it. Then at follow up, photos of my surgery which the doctor said are usually on file to help explain were not available.
