attitude of the nursing staff, they was so ignorant, never seem to have time to discuss basic care, everything was done at a snails pace,

Anything else?

CQC should spend a few nights on each ward to see what pathetic health care RBH is providing !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are sorry that the service at the Urology Department did not meet your expectations with the level of service and poor communications by staff. If you would like to contact the Patient Advice and Liaison Service they will be able to act on your behalf and pass on the concerns raised to the Accident and Emergency department to investigate.
