"Awful"

About: Lincoln County Hospital

What I liked

Being sent away from a hospital without them finding out what was wrong is a little odd in anyone's opinion, isn't the idea they treat you and help you get better by finding out the problem! The sisters and nurses on greetwell ward were excellent no complaints there! But the running of this hospital and the way they try to get rid of you as fast as possible is nothing more than awful. My advice to anyone suffering from Lincoln county hospitals poor poor service is write to your MP and also the health secretary, this will gaurantee that the complaints department do actually answer you and look into things, Sadly it's the only way they will otherwise take notice!

What could be improved

That's an endless question!

Anything else?

Not hard to see why LCH has such an awful reputation.

Please accept our apologies for what was clearly a poor experience for you - I am sorry that you feel we do not listen; please be assured that we do. I acknowledge that this response is quite some time after you left your story but we have been working with another website called Patient Opinion, reviewing patient feedback and have just started to regularly review these postings on NHS Choices too. Patient feedback on what went well and not so well is very important to us and I would like to thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.
