"Made to feel like I am worth nothing, very..."

About: Russells Hall Hospital

What could be improved

I was treated very badly. I was talked down to and made to feel like I was worthless by the specialist. My notes were lost and after surgery I was not given results even though I have already had bad cancer. I was not able to get answers after surgery so kept calling and still no answers, I complained and asked for someone to look into it. All I got was abuse and rudeness, this experience has upset me and left me not wanting treatment there now

Anything else?

This hospital just help those who are pregnant and have no time for other women. They need a good kick to get in action and treat people with respect. I am angry with them.
