What I liked

Had knee cartlidge repaired, very efficient service on Sunday all staff very polite and helpfull, could not do enough to calm nerves. No complaints and would highly recommend surgeon

What could be improved

Admissions department was very busy on Sunday morning 25 patients to be booked in. Maybe an extra member of staff would have helped as HCA's were having to take patients up to theatres as well as helping to admitt, However all went fairly smoothly.
