"Frightening and horrendous"

What could be improved
Communication between staff and relatives.
The whole lot should be improved. A disgusting care service.
Anything else?
The whole service needs be be reviewed. The care and compassion is none existent. Patients are ignored and the bays were filthy and unhygenic.
