"Fantastic hospital, amazing staff -thank you"

What I liked

I had my son at Stepping hill 17 years ago and the care I got was amazing I had an emergency c-section due to pre-eclampsia and spent ten days in a delivery room due to developing HELP the consultants saved mine and my sons life big thanks to the Consultants.

My daughter has just had to be induced with her first baby 13 days over due despite being told that other hospitals were smaller and better she still opted for Stepping Hill after my experiences there. The baby was back to back and my daughter ended up with an emergency c-section the midwives, consultants and staff have been truly amazing, explaining everything that was happening in detail and they really couldn't do enough to make her, my son in law and myself feel at ease.

I would recommend this hospital to anyone they are big but that means that they deliver over 7000 babies a year meaning these staff really have seen everything possible, the staff are friendly, caring and the consultants are fantastic. Big big thank you to all at Stepping Hill and special thanks to the midwife, doctors and consultants.
