What I liked

we had to take our little boy to the docotors has his face was swollen at one side so the gp sent us straight to the childrens a&e when we got there we was taking straight to the aau where he had numbing cream on both of his hand for canulas and then they put one in to start antibitoics they told us it could have been skin infection or teeth so they sent a denitst down to us and said is teeth was fine so then they sent him to m1 where the staff was lovley and so cheery and never miserble how hard or long there shift was my little boy stayed there and another doctor came and told us he would stop in till about sunday so he could have antibotics through iv sunday came and he was allowed home they gave us his medication to take with us and always made us an appointment at the charles clifford so they could double check his teeth .what me and my husband liked so much was that we was kept in know all the time they never hid anythink from us and what ever they did they told us like any obs which was fantactis made me and my husband not as worried .

What could be improved

i think the waiting time for the medication was quite a long time they said he was being dishcharged at 10 and 12 dinner time came and his medication just come then .

i would like to thank the staff at m1 ward for all there hard work for looking after our little boy .
