What I liked
The main reception staff in out patients - very polite and helpful.
The doctors in clinic - explained everything well and were very attentive.
What could be improved
The nurses (staff that weighed etc) in the area did not seem very approachable - one nurse would not even make eye contact when I tried to talk to them, I know staff are very busy, however, lots of hospital users are not 'regular' users and are unfamiliar with the processes, procedures and the staff assume everyone knows how everything works in the department. The clinic clerk (person making appointments) on department was same and barked out orders (again very busy), but was very brusque and quite rude.
Anything else?
Just wish clinic staff could be more approachable and more empathetic towards patients. Seem as if patients are one big problem to them. ( Same as another hospital I visited recently.)
"Doctors very good, main reception staff good -..."
