Your comments about the care you received in our Accident and Emergency Department are very concerning. The Dudley Group is dedicated to providing the very highest standard of care to our patients and we are very sorry if you feel we did not achieve it on this occasion.

We do encourage our patients to raise any concerns or issues they may have at the time of their visit with the nurse charge so that we can take immediate steps to address them.

Your feedback has been sent to the senior team in A&E, including the matron and medical service head, so that we can learn lessons from your experiences and put measures in place to improve the care we provide.
