What I liked

I was really impressed with the kindness and support of the staff when I visited the colposcopy clinic today. Naturally I was very anxious and nervous and the staff went out of their way to make me feel as comfortable as they could.

What could be improved

Easier ways to pay for parking!!

CatLamin thank you very much for your kind comments. We appreciate all feedback we receive from our patients and this is used by staff to help further improve our services. We do have information about help with travel costs on our new website at www.west-middlesex-hospital.nhs.uk/patients-and-visitors/how-to-find-us/travel-costs/. Most of our public car parks now operate a system where you pay on leaving the hospital, to minimise the anxiety of having to renew a parking ticket, or end up paying for longer than you actually need.
