"Poor patient service"

About: Queen Elizabeth I I Hospital (Welwyn Garden City)

What I liked

.

What could be improved

It is extremely difficult to contact the Orthapeadic surgeon. They have a secretary, but her voice mailbox always appears to be full, and she does not call back. I am under their care and was trying to seek urgent orthapeadic advice

Agree that this is not helpful. If you get in touch with us via generalenquiries.enh-tr@nhs.net, there may be a telephony problem about which no one is aware - e-mailing us with the details of the surgeon and medical secretary you're trying to contact may help us to help you (as well as others trying to do the same thing!).
