What I liked

I had an urgent referral to the Breast Care clinic on 21st June 12 at 8.30am. By 10am I had been examined by a consultant, received a mammogram and ultrasound scan and been seen again by the consultant for my results. This was a particularly anxious experience, however, throughout the whole process I was treated with kindness and courtesy by all members of staff so 'Thank You' to everyone in the department, you are doing a fantastic job , and your smiles reassured me in was in safe hands.
