What I liked
Very friendly staff and able to answer my questions. After my operation I was sick and they made every effort to ensure I was comfortable and recovered quickly.
What could be improved
The consultant came to see me too soon after I came round, I was still out of it from the anaesthetic so a visit later in the day would have been better. All of their comments were not on my discharge statement which they should have been.
Follow up call the next day much appreciated but was more like a 'tick box' exercise than checking I was all right.
Anything else?
