What I liked

I have used the blood-test clinic at this hospital about once every 6 weeks since August 2009 and i think that the staff there, particularly the person who I would see as the manager, deserve a real pat on the back. Whatever the pressures and the often rude behaviour of the patients, they consistently do an excellent job.

This clinic must be the part of the hospital that many people most often encounter and they are effectively the public face of the NHS. I hope that the Trust recognises the value of these staff. And in three years attaending the clinic I have found the telephone booking always polite and efficient. I have never had to wait for more than 5 minutes of the booked time for my appointment.
