What I liked
I attended an appt earlier today within the X-Ray department. The receptionist was great, really friendly and helpful. I was seen on time by a member of the team who put me at ease straight away and was really informative. Excellent! service!
What could be improved
Only thing I can think of is better magazines to read through but I was only sitting down for a few moments so it doesn't really matter that much!
