What I liked
the consultants and medical staff were very good at their job. i have also been to audiology and this is very good.
What could be improved
most clinics and outpatients are very good but I was admitted to this hospital as an in patient on a ward for a week. I was in an isolated room on my own. I felt very unhappy. The staff left me unable to cut my breakfast up and when I pressed my button for help it took half an hour or more for any one to come. If i needed the commode emptying it also took over half an hour for any one to come leaving me needing the toilet and in discomfort for half an hour or more. The nurse also gave me the wrong dose of medication which was luckily noticed by my mum.
this hospital is good if you do not need to stay in a ward I am 24 and my parents were disgusted
"good if you are not admitted as an in patient"
