What I liked

Receptionist were friendly and always helpful

What could be improved

Communication between some staff seems to be one of my main concerns. The Consultant opinion was not appropriate and I think things should of be approached differently.

My family and I are very upset by the way ive been treated as a patient. Its completely unacceptable.
