Thank you for telling us that you felt the staff were friendly and your treatment was provided as quickly as possible. It is really reasurring to hear that you felt our staff treated you with respect and cared. We would expect nothing less than this. It is really important for us to listen well to all the feedback we receive every year from patients and families – we know it allows us to pay proper attention to the things that really matter.
