What I liked
So I broke my distal fibula and went to A&E because the M.I.U. near me was closed and it cannot deal with fractures anyway, so when I arrived I waited about thirty seconds and then a nurse appeared and asked what had happened (I was hopping on one leg and being supported by two other people) and we explained what had happened and I waited about 2 minutes and was then moved into a waiting room in paediatrics (I am 15) where I was then soon after about 10 minutes and was checked over and told to head over to X-ray which I did and they knew exactly who I was and why I was there after only taking about thirty seconds to get there, they then told me that I had broken my leg and that I would need a cast and crutches, which I got then I was discharged. Really professional extremely quick (maybe because I went to paediatrics) and well done.
What could be improved
All of my follow up appointments I have had to wait almost two hours past my allotted appointment times this has happened on three separate occasions and I thought the waits were in A&E not in a set up appointment with an allocated time.
Anything else?
Generally really good.
