What I liked

The co-ordination and the efficiency of the hospital from entering A&E until I left the hospital after my operation was very good. Every single member of staff I met was kind and caring and made sure I understood about the medical care that I was having.

The best hospital experience I have ever had in terms of care and I would recommend East Surrey Hospital to anyone needing medical care.

Thanks to all the staff in the Surgery Assessment Unit who were all terrific.

What could be improved

I do not feel that anything needs to improve. In my opinion the hospital is already providing a very high level of service. ,
