What I liked
As a person who is absolutely terrified of hospitals and the thought of surgery I was filled with dread at the thought of attending this appointment. However the consultant I saw firstly was absolutely wonderful with his approach in general, and was totally genuine with a sense of humour (only used with sound judgement) All of which made me feel more relaxed and confident ready for my next consultation this month. Albeit if surgery is on the agenda, I will most likely be reduced to a 'jelly' this was a good step forward.
It must also be said that my appointment was at the end of their (hospital staff) working day there was absolutely no apparent rush I felt that they were taking their time and if I needed more attention then that wouldn't have been a problem.
Additionally the other (2nd) consultant who saw me was a very nice person
"Extremely positive - even for someone like me !!"
