What I liked

i have been in hospital a number of times over the last couple of months and my experience over all the times i have been in has been good,all the nurses was lovely and showed me how careing they can be the doctor who was treating me was also great when he was talking to me he would kneel down to my level and made sure i understood everything that was been said.

i believe everyone should have a good experience when ill in hospital.

What could be improved
